Do you accept custom orders?

I have done custom orders in the past, but currently I am not taking on any customs. Please check back again either here in the FAQ's or my Instagram account bio (@TikiLeHoot_Designs) for any custom acceptance updates. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

I usually ship orders out the next business day (Monday - Friday) after payment has been received. If you have a rush order, please be sure to specify before placing the order by sending me an email to TikiLeHoot.Designs@gmail.com or through the "Contact" page by clicking here

Depending on your location in comparison to myself, orders should get to you within 1 week if you live in the US. If you're not located in the US, I've had the average ETA delivery time to be around 2 - 3 weeks. ETA times are based off of the point of me placing your package in the mail to you, not when you place the order initially. 

* Custom orders have a creation / completion time period that can range from 1 week to 4 months (depending on how backed up I am & available materials). The creation period does not include the shipping ETA time. If it seems that I may have had your custom "slip through" my calendar, please shoot me an email / message. *

How do you size your rings?

Initially, I form the bands on a wooden mandrel and then perfect them closer to size on a metal mandrel to keep consistency. Please be sure to know your true ring size before placing the order. 

Do you offer re-sizing on your rings?

No, I do not accept re-sizing requests on pieces that I release to the public here on my website. On many of the pieces, I apply a black enamel to some of the pieces that have a lot of highs and lows in their crevices to add extra "pop" to the depths after I patina a piece. Due to the nature of the enamel, I cannot afford to burn the top / face details while removing the back to resize. If you are interested in a ring, I can work with you to create a custom piece in your required size.

Do you have a store front that I can visit in person?

No, I am currently an ecommerce / online sales shop at the moment. There are some times that I'll attend local craft shows and events that you may come by and say hello though. Upcoming shows & booth presence will be announced on my Instagram account. 

Do you accept payments for an order / item?

Yes. If you cannot pay for your order up front, I can hold items for 3 weeks after your first payment has been received. I will need to know ahead of time though, so please be sure to send me a message so that I can adjust the listing amount in accordance to the payment plan agreed upon. 

When do you release new pieces to your shop website?

I work a full-time job (Monday - Friday) sometimes getting home super late, so really the only time I have to work on my craft is over the weekends. In most cases, I work on pieces on Saturdays and the pieces are listed on Sunday evening or Monday afternoon. The best way to keep track if something was listed is via my Instagram account. When pieces sell, I remove them from the "shop" page so that all of the available pieces are the only thing visible.
